Daytime Scale House Associate

WSW Logistics is owned and operated by McDonald Companies. WSW Logistics is proudly operating out of both Wisconsin and Arkansas and servicing 5 states regionally.

We are looking to add a Scale House Associate to our team on a 2/2/3 schedule. The pay starts at $17 an hour. All Sunday hours and OT hours will be paid at time and a half.

Responsibilities:

· Responsibility for Bill of Lading paperwork for Scrap OCC
· Data entry of Trailer/Carrier Information into GBP Inventory System
· Direct communication with Yard Spotters and informs them of trailer locations
· Organization and Maintenance of daily paperwork of Carrier files
· Work with Office Personnel to make Bill of Ladings for Outbound

· Assist in WSW Logistics safety initiatives and administrative support
· Administrative and office support as needed
· All other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High School Diploma required
· 3+ years in a similar office role
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
· Organized with a high attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability to identify with different industries, types of individuals and maintain professionalism
