Account Manager

Description:

Account Manager responsibilities include answering calls and replying to emails, as well as the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives. You will also liaise between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the timely and successful execution of the customers’ needs and requests.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reaching Sales Goals and following the metrics
• Keep paperwork up to date (pull sheet, receipt of goods)
• Ongoing projects troubleshooting and issue resolvent
• Offer installation, rental, and sell equipment.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• With at least 2+ years of AV sales experience
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A project portfolio of previous marketing campaigns with presented ROI
• Good Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to operate in Fast Paced Environment
• Self-starting
• Team management skills
• Experience in the AV industry is a must
• Driver License Required
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
