Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? Giles Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. If you're ready to play a vital role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring timely payments, then Giles Automotive Group is the place for you.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in accounts payable or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

WHAT DO YOU DO?

• Processing outgoing payments to vendors accurately and promptly
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Coordinating with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end closing activities as needed

WHEN DO YOU DO IT?
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Weekends Off!
