Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Lead Verification Specialist. The ideal candidate will have the important role of liaising with potential customers primarily through phone calls and emails, with the mission of scrutinizing and verifying the needs and intentions of the leads generated by our marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate contact with marketing-generated leads primarily through phone calls and emails, with the goal of understanding their requirements and motivations.
2. Employ a consultative approach in communicating with leads to establish their needs, intentions and likelihood to convert into sales opportunities.
3. Ensure that all interactions and communications are logged and notes are appropriately detailed in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales process, as well as to clarify any ambiguities regarding their requirements and intentions.
5. Filter and forward verified leads to the corresponding clients or end users for further processes.
6. Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets by enhancing the quality of leads passed onto clients/end users.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share insights about lead quality and trends to continuously improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role that requires direct customer interaction.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.
4. Mastery in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
5. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
6. Strong customer focus and high level of professionalism.
