Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance position will be the main point of contact for all repairs throughout our facility. This will include (but not limited to) Tractors, company vehicles, Detasseling machines, Husking beds, bag/box production lines, conveyors. We are seeking a detail oriented individual and motivated team member who will help promote a safe and successful work environment for all employees.

The employee must gain an understanding of our Company culture and Seed production process. Employee will be required to learn and understand the quality processes and functions both in the Field and Plant operations.

This position can include weekends and holidays during critical times if necessary. The individual should have a good mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge. The individual must be able to work together with others, yet when asked, have the ability to complete tasks on their own and on time.

4) Ability to perform physical labor, Lift greater than 50lbs

5) 2+ years Maintenance experience preferred

6) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

7) Basic computer knowledge preferred

8) Communicate effectively

9) Willingness to be flexible and work in both plant and field

10) Resume required

11) Ability to operate MIG/ARC welder and Torch
