Automotive Detail / Reconditioning Specialist

Walt's Auto Group is hiring detailers and reconditioning specialist. The automotive detailer/reconditioning specialist position is responsible for cleaning and maintain the cleanliness of vehicle inventory, cleaning customer vehicles, and pre-delivery preparation of vehicles, as necessary. This individual must be able to work in quick-paced environments and be detail-oriented. Prior experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail pre-owned vehicles, as well as old and new vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
