Our service department is growing substantially, and we are looking to add Full-Time Lube Technicians. We have created a great working environment with strong service advisors, a hands-on shop manager and many years of loyal customer base.

As an Hourly Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

During the first year, hourly employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked. From years 2 to 9, employees accumulate 1.63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked. For those with 10 or more years of service, the PTO accrual rate increases to 2.39 hours for every 40 hours worked.

The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
