Responsibilities

- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed

- Schedule appointments and maintain the firm's calendar

- Maintain a clean and organized front office area

- Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff


Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proven customer service experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Previous front office or receptionist experience is preferred
