Job Summary:
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, located in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and abilities to help them develop, regain, or maintain their daily living and work skills. Your main goal will be to help our patients improve their quality of life and achieve their full potential through various therapeutic interventions and techniques.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an individual contributor role with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35, paid biweekly. As a part-time employee, you will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize various therapeutic interventions and techniques to help patients improve or maintain their ability to perform daily tasks and activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (e.g., physicians, nurses, physical therapists) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive tools, techniques, and modifications to improve their independence and quality of life.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements:
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records.
