WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Deferment request (send and receive)
  • DDC (send, receive and apply to acct)
  • Letters (payoff quote, paid in full, etc)
  • Payment history and copy of contracts
  • Name change or add a ss #
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Email and faxes

ESSENTIALS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Possess and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, task management and ability to prioritize multiple items is a must
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, requiring limited supervision to successfully execute projects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to cope with ambiguous and changing environments and remains calm under pressure
  • Takes initiative to present problems, concerns, questions, and ideas
  • Ability to effectively work within a team and/or individually, ensuring deadlines are achieved

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, or equivalent degree, is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Auto Finance field is preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Auto Dealer Services is preferred
  • Previous Collections, Call Center, Insurance company or Auto Dealership experience is preferred
  • Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills

COMPENSATION :

$20 per hour + benefits
