Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH Wireless is offering an exciting opportunity for a Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential project support for our local Wireless Development team, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately across our wireless portfolio. Working closely with the local market team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, excel at attention to detail, and can contribute both independently and collaboratively within a team. Expect to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing various aspects of each one.
In this role, you will:
- Develop Maintain project files accurately and comprehensively throughout site development projects
- Track deliverables, conduct timely data entry, and provide real-time status reports
- Approve completed tasks in NexsysOne and oversee POs, invoices, etc.
- Ensure adherence to specified scope of work, issuing purchase orders and change orders as needed
- Coordinate work orders and routing, ensuring prompt vendor payments
- Understand key initiatives, assess current programs, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop analytic methodologies to recommend and implement opportunities within initiatives
- Review and approve site-specific documents for accuracy in development projects
- Ensure availability of resources for field-based efforts
- Collaborate in testing, monitoring, and enhancing new initiatives
- Communicate assessments and solutions clearly and effectively to management

Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Development Specialist, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of resource coordination experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or wireless industries
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Effective communication to relay findings and implement innovative solutions
- Proficient in interpreting legal documents and CAD drawings
- High conceptual and numerical analytic abilities
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and Access tools
- Proactive learner with self-management abilities
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,730.00/Year
