Exciting news! Staffmark is currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Greeneville, TN.


Pay Rates:

  • 1st shift: $14.50
  • 2nd shift: $15.50
  • 3rd shift: $15.20


Responsibilities:

  • Process manufactured parts according to job instructions, pack verified amounts, and label appropriately.
  • Perform visual inspections for defects and communicate any issues to the quality department or supervisor.
  • Safely operate grinders and scales, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Follow procedures, work instructions, and operations manuals.
  • Perform rework as necessary and conduct visual cosmetic inspections to identify non-conforming products.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to machine schedules and stand for the duration of the shift.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more as needed
  • Willingness to stand for the duration of the shift
