Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

Shift Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 am to 6:45 pm


As a Production Operator with Staffmark, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing processes in Mooresville, NC. Your responsibilities will include safely managing the sifting and weighing line processes to meet exact specifications for raw materials. You'll maintain optimal material levels in silos and staging areas, while also ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of machines to prevent any contamination. Your attention to detail will be key as you verify material usage, collect samples for testing, and accurately record data into our company system. With your problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions diligently, you'll contribute to the consistent quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3-on-3-off schedule.
  • Completion of required job training.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting work documents.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
