What you'll do:
Practicing full-time from Monday through Friday, you'll bring forth a comprehensive range of expert services as you conduct thorough and precise eye examinations, utilize state-of-the-art technology to assess visual acuity, detect potential issues, and determine overall eye health. With a patient-centered approach, you'll perform a mixture of comprehensive and medical exams as well as follow-ups, offering personalized recommendations for eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other appropriate treatments-a typical day consists of 16 to 20 patients. Ensuring that each patient receives tailored, top-notch care to achieve optimal eye health and clarity of vision is paramount to this role.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties


Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
