Do you have at least two years of customer service experience and strong data entry skills? Staffmark is hiring an experienced Customer Service Specialist for our automotive manufacturing client in Cold Spring, KY. If you're tech-savvy and possess robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you!


Pay: $18-$20 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers and clients over the phone and by email regarding product ordering, tracking, and pricing. You will then accurately enter orders into our client's ERP system.
