Position Overview: We are partnering with our client to find a dynamic Director of Total Rewards and Compensation. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and management of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to refine job architecture and salary structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters, including salary negotiations and pay equity analysis.
  • Partner with finance teams to manage budgeting and forecasting for compensation expenses.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Experience in benefits program design and administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CCP, CBP) preferred.
