Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking an ER Patient Registration Rep to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 company in Chandler, AZ.
Daily Responsibilities for ER Patient Registration Rep:
- Registers and pre-registers patients.
- Checks insurance eligibility benefits and authorizations.
- Performs a wide variety of secretarial support duties to support Patient Access department
- Shifts available: Night Shift - Mon, Tues, Wed 5pm-5:30am (3x12s)
- Training is M-F 7/8am - 4/5pm for the first 3 weeks. Candidates must be able to work the training schedule then transition to night shift
Required Qualifications for ER Patient Registration Rep:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of healthcare customer service or admin experience in fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications for ER Patient Registration Rep:
- Strongly prefer candidates that have hospital registration and ER experience
