Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Vermont Remote Special Education Teacher Full-Time 2023-2024 School Year

We are currently looking for a Special Education teacher to come join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Vermont . This is an excellent school district, with lots of support, and a wonderful and welcoming team environment.

Job Details:

Administers various types of assessments i.e. performance assessments, formal and informal assessments, etc. to monitor student comprehension
Prepares lessons and outlines to use in class that effectively cover the material
Works with parents/guardians in all aspects of student s educational program
Serves as a resource to general education faculty, administrators, and related services personnel.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Special Education
Valid Vermont Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement
2 years of experience in a school environment
Virtual Experience
Hold all clearances to work in public/charter school
