Sales Analyst

$16-$40 an hour 8am-5pm Worthington, Ohio

Responsibility:

• • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.

Qualities and Skills:

 

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

 

Requirements:

• Experience with sales. 
• Must be willing to cold call. 
• Professional experience with Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing personality.
• Team oriented and competitive. 
• A strong desire to grow and learn.
