Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate BCBA for the remainder of the school year for a contract position located in Oxnard, CA.Most positions will renew for the current school year.
Requirements:
Masters degree in education/special education
Valid BCBA certification
Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
Job Description:
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
Start date: ASAP-06/2023, with potential for renewal for the next school year
Oversee multiple ABA trainings and problem-solving
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop behavior support plans
Provide ongoing consultation to teachers and support staff regarding implementation of behavior support plans
Collaborate with school staff, administration, and collaterals to ensure students social, emotional, and behavioral needs are met
Consult with parents around implementation of ABA strategies and behavior support plans to support generalization of skills across settings
