Job Description: Our search for an Assistant Dining Room Manager is aimed at dedicated individuals who are consistently pushing to exceed expectations and have a confirmed record of achieving service eminence. As the Assistant Dining Room Manager, you will support the General Manager by ensuring all front of the house personnel are professional and perform according to company policies and standards set by the management team. The Assistant Dining Room Manager will feel comfortable giving on the spot critique to avoid any unsatisfactory food or service delivery. Ensuring an open line of communication between service and back of the house employees.

Qualifications:
· Must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
· A passion for mentoring and developing others
