Title of Position – Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Description: The Shift Manager should fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guideline, and training programs. Additionally, the Shift Manager will ensure that all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, gracious, and considerate service always. He/she will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers and be in direct contact with the Restaurant General Manager on a daily.

Qualifications
