Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

·     Manage and run a busy restaurant floor daily - the ability to be very hands-on

·     Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team

·     Uphold the highest standards in guest service

·     Ensure inventory, budgets, and financial performance meet or exceed targets

·     Collaborate with culinary team on menu quality and innovation

·     Implement and enforce safety, health, and sanitation standards

 

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

·     2+ years as a full-service Restaurant Manager

·     Experience managing a full-service restaurant and bar with sales volume of $3 Million+

·     Polished and professional with strong leadership skills

·     Commitment to diversity & inclusion

·     Detail-oriented and solution-focused
