Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team in Florence, SC. The Special Education Teacher will work with students with diverse learning needs to provide specialized instruction, support, and accommodations to help them succeed academically and socially. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in inclusive or resource settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid South Carolina state teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
• Professional references required.
