Full Time School Paraprofessional (Para) Needed

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Paraprofessional for full-time position near Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Previous experience working with special need students in an educational or childcare setting preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, students, and parents
• Ability to follow instructions and implement lesson plans effectively

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing educational programs and individualized learning plans
• Provide instructional support to students both individually and in small groups
• Assist with classroom management and behavioral interventions
• Help students with personal care tasks as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the overall success of students
