Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Contract Position

Location: Alexander City, AL

Job Description:

Empower students in Alexander City, AL, to reach their full potential as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Soliant, in partnership with leading school districts in the area, is dedicated to providing students with the essential services they need for academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' munication needs
• Develop and execute tailored therapy plans and interventions
• Foster collaboration with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to enhance students' academic and social-emotional development

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders
• Possess an active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Alabama
• Maintain a Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Demonstrate at least one year of recent experience in a school-based setting
