Adecco has partnered with one of our favorite clients for a direct hire opportunity!!!! With the home office right outside of down town and servicing the greater Columbus Area we are looking for a experienced Lead Foreman. With pay ranging from $32/hr- $38/hr and amazing benefits.
Must have 10-15 years of Commercial Construction Experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Blueprint, Excel, and Procore: Must be able to read blueprint, read rebar shops, reading excel worksheets with projections, and understand the use of Procore.
· Ability to layout work using a transit, laser levels, builders' level, fill out daily work tickets on company forms for daily "Time and Material Change Order" this would be for unforeseen issue that arise on any notice. Would include tracking labor hours, materials used, and equipment used, and having General Contractor representative sign and then email to office PM and client.
· Budgeting: Monitoring budgets of the project would include hitting targets for all projects budgets. Would include "foundations, slab on grade, slab on metal decks and all site work".
· Manpower: Understanding what is budgeted for each task and allocate the correct manpower to achieve estimated profits for each task.
· Coordination: Coordinating daily tasks, such as scheduling and arranging crew work, having the necessary materials, and equipment on site, placing concrete orders days and weeks in advance, this would require setting up number of trucks for morning or afternoon pours.
· Quality: Reviewing all project activities, work equipment, and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards.
· Records: Keeping detailed and accurate records, would include filling out daily reports on manpower, material, equipment used daily, along with daily photos of work in Procore.
· Safety: Following OSHA safety regulations. Understanding of regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
