Qualifications for a Director of Nursing:

• Education and Training:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Extensive experience in nursing and leadership roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• At least associate's degree or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
