Job Description

Support sales team members and related departments including marketing and inside sales worldwide. Perform all aspects of Sales Operations including requirements gathering, developing solutions, performing analysis, running and writing reports with guidance and oversight. Support multiple versions of the Sales CRM tool which are configured differently for different business needs and processes. Support Sales CRM tool and related tools with maintenance, enhancements, basic administration, user support and user training with guidance and oversight. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work on projects to make enhancements and modifications to the Sales CRM tool and processes as the needs of the organization expand and evolve
  • Interpret needs across various business groups and translate to actionable technical requirements
  • Communicate and work alongside developer resources to build and QA custom Sales CRM tool solutions
  • Lead roll out process of business solutions to the field through training and process implementation
  • Develop/maintain reports and dashboards
  • Perform analysis of data from multiple sources and make business recommendations
  • Serve as first level interface to Sales CRM users for questions and issues
  • Update/Load data to the Sales CRM as needed
  • Responsible for data integrity; Run audit reports and work with users to clean-up data
  • Conduct user training on specific topics as needed
  • Maintain and continually update/expand on the Sales CRM tool and process documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in using and understanding of Sales CRM tool functionality
  • Ability to explain Sales CRM tool to users/stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Especially Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience with using Salesforce.com
  • Good verbal communication skills - comfortable communicating over the phone and in person with sales team members and management staff at various levels
  • Good written communication stills - ability to produce professional documents and emails
  • User support and user training experience
  • Good planning and prioritization skills - handles multiple tasks with conflicting/ overlapping timelines
  • Sets expectations appropriately and meets deadlines consistently
  • Able to effectively communicate status to management
  • Good team member - builds working relationships with team members and personnel at all levels
  • Self-starter - shows initiative
  • Good attention to detail
