Qualifications | High school diploma or equivalent and customer service/retail is a plus

We're in search of a Retail Associate who will excel in providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and enhancing engagement with our merchandise. Additionally, you'll assist guests with information regarding Jack Daniel's retail merchandise, brand, history, distillery tours, and Miss Mary Bobo's restaurant. Other duties entail loading purchases, operating cash registers, overseeing financial transactions, retrieving merchandise/barrels from the warehouse, and promoting and cross-selling products.
