Corporate Junior Accounting Support Specialist

• Prepares accounting reports and assists with general accounting duties
• Records, reconciles, and balances transactions in accounting systems/software
• Maintains and updates accounts receivable and/or payable documentation as necessary
• May process accounts receivable payments and create and distribute payment receipts
• Monitors and directs or responds to general accounting email inquiries
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
• Performs data entry
• Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents
• Completes and updates W-9 forms and credit applications
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED, BS preferred

• 3 - 4 years of Accounting Clerk or related experience required
