About this job
- Prepares accounting reports and assists with general accounting duties
- Records, reconciles, and balances transactions in accounting systems/software
- Maintains and updates accounts receivable and/or payable documentation as necessary
- May process accounts receivable payments and create and distribute payment receipts
- Monitors and directs or responds to general accounting email inquiries
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
- Performs data entry
- Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents
- Completes and updates W-9 forms and credit applications
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED, BS preferred
- 3 - 4 years of Accounting Clerk or related experience required
