Job Title: Electrical Engineer 

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range:$58/hr 

What’s the Job?

• Spearhead engineering activities for multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.
• Provide technical leadership, acting as the Engineering Lead for assigned projects and managing all engineering aspects.
• Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders, including developers, architect/engineering firms (A/E), and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
• Drive results by ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables and resolving design challenges effectively.
• Lead technical discussions and navigate complex issues requiring input from diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Offer clear and persuasive communication, effectively presenting complex technical topics to senior management.
• Build strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
• Leverage your expertise to make informed technical decisions based on calculated risks.
• Maintain a strategic perspective, understanding the impact of your choices on customer and supplier relationships. 

What’s Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited preferred) or a Master's/PhD in engineering with a non-ABET Bachelor's.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credentials.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead and motivate teams.
• A strong understanding of the energy sector.
