Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Receptionist to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

• Greet visitors and guests
• Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate contact
• Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail to appropriate parties
• Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
• Book and maintain conference room calendars
• Update and distribute company logs and lists
• Perform routine and confidential administrative responsibilities
• Prepare and edit outgoing internal correspondence to include email messages, memos, etc.
• Communicate pertinent information to outside agencies
• Upload, scan, fax, print and distribute various statements and other documentation as needed

Position Requirements: 

• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including a well-rounded working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting exhibiting the “Aloha Spirit” to fellow workers, clients and the community
• Reliable transportation
• Must be competitive, self-motivated and energetic
