Title: Territory Sales Manager, Low Pressure & Vacuum Products

About us:


We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Territory Sales Manager, Low Pressure & Vacuum Products that will operate with a high degree of independence in developing relationships with existing distribution and key OEM accounts while expanding the territory in the industrial blower, vacuum pump and tank truck markets, as well as the vacuum truck sector nationally.


Job Summary:


The Territory Sales Manager, Low Pressure & Vacuum Products will focus on these key industries: Pneumatic Conveying, Waste Water Treatment, Industrial Vacuum and Class 8 Bulk Transport Trucks to help grow each of the target markets in CO, AZ, UT, NV, ID, MT, WY, NM. Expertise in Industrial Blowers, Vacuum products and Mobile Product Distribution is advantageous for this role.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with distribution & key OEM accounts in the industrial blower, vacuum pump, and tank truck markets within a designated territory, as well as the vacuum truck sector nationally. These accounts are defined as companies that design, build & service Industrial blower & vacuum systems. Accounts that sell, up-fit & service class 8 bulk tractor trailer loading, off-loading equipment. Accounts that build, sell & service, trucks for hydro excavation, municipal & waste transport work.
  • Collaborate with product management and broader sales team to identify, develop and build a network of key channel partners to help grow each of the target markets.
  • Drive towards and achieve product sales targets associated with these target markets and company strategic goals.
  • Provide technical and product support for all accounts.
  • Assist in the development of key account management strategies for all mentioned markets.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
  • This is a remote position with travel from 30% up to 70%.
  • Candidate must reside in or near territory covered.
  • Territory covered: CO, AZ, UT, NV, ID, MT, WY, NM.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related area.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in increasingly responsible positions within the sales hierarchy. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Sales Force Tracking software.

The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is. The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
