Our client, a prominent player in the financial industry, is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on client accounts. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls with precision and efficiency.

Address inquiries related to client Cash Management products and services.

Provide support for the company's Online (client website) and Mobile app.

Handle general account or financial-related inquiries.

Uphold a high level of professionalism while delivering World-Class Service.

Contribute actively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.

Responsibilities

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts.

Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
