Travel Mobile Maintenance Technician - Full-time

Travel Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Purpose: Perform maintenance, repair, installation and Removal of Mobile Imaging Trailers and Equipment, interior flooring, wall, ceiling finishes, doors, locks, electrical, lighting, hydraulic systems, and suspension on trailers and coaches.

Travel Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• General repair/mechanical knowledge in plumbing, electrical and safety systems

•  Perform basic tasks including painting, cabinetry, hydraulics, and flooring installation.

• Take Ownership of issues, research solutions to problems and implement them

• Proficient in using power tools, reading schematics, and following directions.

• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining internal service records in a timely manner

• Maintaining communication with customers, internal support and customer service team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to resolutions.

• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements

• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

• Provides scheduled maintenance inspections on Mobile equipment.

• Installation and removal of medical imaging equipment.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills

• Detail oriented, organized, and strong self and time management skills

• Technical experience in wood working, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, hydraulic systems is needed.

• Construction or RV knowledge and experience is a plus

• We're more interested in your relevant work experience – and your mastery of Mechanical or Electrical skills needed to do the job well – than a degree, but education in the field is always welcome.

Special Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time.

• Candidates must also be able to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck and have good hand and   finger dexterity.

• Valid driver’s license is required.  

• Specific vision abilities required by this job may include color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

 • Salary: $26.00-$30.00 based on experience

• Shift: Fulltime commitment and flexibility (overtime as needed.)

• On Call Required
