Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for streamlining production processes? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in our Rome, Georgia plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. The night shift follows a 2-2-3 schedule, working from 4:30 PM to 5:30 AM, with every other weekend off!

 

From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! You will work closely with Operations Managers in a role that could provide career advancement opportunities in the future.

  • Production Line Support – You’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules
  • Direction and Servant Leadership Result – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators
  • Safety First – Our values are important to us; our people safety and food safety are two of them.  Having a safety first attitude is an ingredient for success
  • Continuous Improvement – We couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
