Compensation: $24.75 p/hr-$36.05 p/hr

Principal Accountabilities

• Completing preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance through facility
• Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools,precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.
• Utilizing maintenance trades and components such as basic electrical, welding,
• pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping
• systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Modify/Build/Install equipment based on reading and comprehending
• electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints and/or operating manuals
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts
• Continuous Improvement and peer discussions/interactions
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without via sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work with hand tools
• General education and/or entry level experience in Maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in industrial maintenance education or related experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history for past 12 months
• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
