Assistant Account Manager - Full-time

The Assistant Account Manager – Assistant CSR, Commercial Lines position provides day to day support to Capstones Insureds and also to Capstone’s sales producers.

 

• Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals, as required
• Processing of endorsements
• Issuing certificates, evidences and ID cards 
• Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems, database and records 
• Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues   
• Providing superior customer support – manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution  
• General miscellaneous tasks as required  

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service oriented – ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e. word, excel, etc.)  
• Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively  
• Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required  
• High School diploma or equivalent required  
• Preferred - 1+ years Commercial Lines experience
• Preferred - NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
