CNC Machinist - Setup Technician

CNC Machinist – Automotive

WHAT YOU NEED:

· A minimum of 3 years or more on CNC mills, lathes, or grinders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Work from set up instructions, prints and inspection sheets

· Upload CNC Programs

· Set cutting tool and work holding

· Touch off tooling, preform offsets and edit program, if needed.

· Make adjustments, debug or troubleshoot if required

· Maintain notes of process changes or improvements.

· Regularly inspect parts using various gages, hand tools and inspection equipment, as well as, first article runs for approval.
