Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a creative approach to teaching, and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Able to help picking up preschoolers from public schools. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in life.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that promote learning and development in all areas of early childhood development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported
- Establish positive relationships with students and their families, providing regular communication and feedback on their child's progress
- Help pick up preschoolers and school age students from public schools
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational program
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
- Previous experience working with preschool-age children preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
