Job Description
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests. This includes greeting and checking in members, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments and memberships, and providing information about the gym's services and programs. The front desk staff may also be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area and gym, and assisting with any other tasks as needed. Additionally, they may be required to handle any customer complaints or issues that arise. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
