Job Description
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs and to drive precision machining operations in our machine shop
This role requires expertise in CAD/CAM software, a deep understanding of machining processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new routing methods, machining techniques, inspection methods and fixturing
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations
Utilize CAD/CAM software to generate toolpaths and code for CNC machines
Ensure programs are efficient, reliable, and produce high-quality machined components
