The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as nonprofit management, fundraising, business administration) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a minimum of [3] years of experience in nonprofit development or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and team members.
  • Experience with grant writing, donor cultivation, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and database management.
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for making a difference in the community.
