Job Description
The office manager oversees and manages the daily operations of the wellness clinic. He/She is responsible for supporting the practitioner by meeting the needs of the clinic and clients. This position will be responsible for manage the day-to-day task needed to assist clients processes through their care. This includes, scheduling, invoicing, stocking inventory, following up with clients and fulfilling duties as assigned by the role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in managerial position in any administrative role
- No degree or certificate is necessarty for this role, but the ideal candidate will need to have professional experience.
- Managerial style that is result oriented
- Ability to generate key metrics to monitor performance and to drive priorities, commitment to providing quality care to clients in our communities
- Be flexible, punctual, and engaging.
- Training will be provided on our internal systems
- Unquestionable integrity
- Critical thinking skills and able to prioritize in order to run an effective office.
This is a part-time position with an expected 30 hour workweek.
The clinic's business hours are Monday - Wednesday 10am to 5pm and Fridays 10am to 6pm. The nature of this position may, at times, require longert hours and weekend hours.
Hourly rate is based on experience with an increase after the probationary period of 90 days.
