Crew Lead -Residential Carpenter

A fast growing, prestigious, and stable remodeler is in need of a Crew Lead / Residential Carpenter. If you are an experienced Crew Lead / Residential Carpenter, general knowledge of electrical and plumbing, that is a self starter, loyal to the company, a team player that possesses attention to detail, and takes pride in your work, you may qualify for this opportunity.

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

· Plan and complete all necessary carpentry work involved in custom built residential outdoor living spaces and remodeling construction

· General knowledge of electrical and plumbing

· Minimum three (3) plus years of experience as a carpenter for a high-end residential builder and remodeler

· Proven experience in all aspects of remodeling homes (cabinets, trim, wood) outdoor living spaces including decks, pergolas, screened and general carpentry in room projects

· Experience with finishing trim, crown moldings and base boards

· Verifiable use of graphic instructions to include blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids

· Self-motivated and able to supervise and maintain a safe and clean job site, become familiar with job site safety compliance regulations

· Represent the company in a professional manner to customers

· Train and evaluate skilled and unskilled labor

· Experience in managing and controlling tool and equipment inventory

· High School Diploma or GED

· Trade School experience a plus

· Must have a valid Driver’s License

· Must have own tools and reliable transportation
