Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully develop leads, schedule appointments, and pinpoint customer needs.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on auto insurance coverage tailored to customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Obtain a 440 Customer Service License (agency supports licensing fees).
• Proficiency in making outbound sales calls.
• High school diploma/GED required; possessing or obtaining a 440 is a plus.
• Effective use of Microsoft Office and adept at navigating multiple systems.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Self-motivated with a capacity to work diligently within established procedures.
• Bilingual abilities are highly regarded.

Education and Skills:

• A knack for analyzing data and making informed decisions.
• Ability to review, solicit, and recommend appropriate coverage and policies.
