POSITION: Industrial Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO: Director Of Fabrication
DEPARTMENT: Operations
POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the manufacturing of supplements at EVG Extracts. Responsibilities include
maintaining equipment in a cGMP manufacturing facility, including installation and fabrication to
improve the efficiency of equipment in order to support the production of quality hemp based and
non-hemp based supplements. The position includes collaborating with various departments, planning,
and support, all to ensure that EVG meets its manufacturing goal of creating the highest quality
products. This position works as part of the team but is independent in much of the work. Work will be
done over three locations in Colorado, based in Evergreen but with occasional in-state travel.
Maintaining a safe workplace is a must.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatic
systems, conveyor systems, production machines (extraction, packaging, bottling, gummy, etc).
• Basic facility maintenance
• Installation and set-up of equipment
• Preventative maintenance
• Work with leads in production areas to assure that machinery is operating efficiently
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A qualified candidate must have a demonstrated ability to do all the following:
• Must have working knowledge of photocells, electrical systems, switches, and power controls
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Adherence to all safety guidelines
• Ability to maintain BRC and cGMP quality standards
• Must be able to read and comprehend equipment manuals and instructions
• Self-directed
• Problem solver with troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Works independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize work
• Strong mechanical skills
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Communicate effectively and proficiently in a timely manner.
• Inspect and maintain areas and equipment in production.
• Effectively and efficiently move around work area.
• Sit for long periods, stand, walk, work with hands, reach above shoulder height, climb or
balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully,
use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing up to 50
pounds.
• Function in an environment with a moderate to loud noise level.
• Travel within the United States.
• Work an expanded and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as
necessary.

Compensation:
• $25-$35/hour depending on experience
