1st shift, (Mechanically Inclined) Production Associate $18

We have a company hiring in Piedmont SC (not far from Greenville, Easley, or Berea)  Contract to hire role (long-term perm employees wanted)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (weekends and overtime as needed - Must be flexible to work Saturdays)

• STRONG TAPE MEASURE skills + HAND TOOL experience is NEEDED in this role!
• Manufacturing or construction experience
• (Must be able to pass a national criminal background check & drug test to be considered)
• Reliable transportation and steel-toed shoes/or boots are required.

This position is responsible for setting up, testing, adjusting manufacturing machinery, and completing the production of roofing materials.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
